Kumamoto Oysters are deep-cupped with a 2-2.5 inch shell with petite meats. They are a favorite for both new oyster eaters and connoisseurs. Grown in the remote and pristine waters off the Pacific coast of Baja, CA. They have a mild brininess upfront, yet delightfully sweet flavor and a honeydew finish.
