We are excited to introduce our Santa Barbara Seafood Box. Each box will include 3-4 frozen vacuum packed fish portions averaging one pound each. We will choose 2-4 species of the freshest fish per shipment. Species may include local Black Cod, Halibut, Ahi Tuna, Swordfish, Salmon and much more.

We are shipping our Seafood Boxes to seafood lovers across all 50 states via FedEx overnight. Boxes are also available for pickup at our retail fish market by selecting Retail Market Pick-up upon check out. Local pickup orders placed by 11:00pm will be available for pickup between 2:00pm and 7:00pm the following day.
We are also offering a free home delivery for customers within 10 miles of our facility. Please choose the home delivery option upon check out to take advantage of this delivery service.

Black Cod is a deep water white fish known for its high oil content and rich, delicious flavor. Black Cod, also known as Sablefish or Butterfish, is not actually a type of cod at all but has a similar taste and appearance of cod. Black cod is a moist and delicate fish with a distinctive sweet flavor. It is a very forgiving fish that can be cooked on the grill, broiled or baked. There are many ways to prepare Black Cod but it is commonly prepared with miso, a fermented soybean paste, which is used as a marinade or a glaze on the fish before being baked.Black cod Is an excellent source of protein, essential fatty acids, and a wide variety of vitamins and minerals.

Our local Vermilion Rockfish also, known as Snapper, is popular for its mild flavor, low oil content and flaky texture. This fresh fish is commonly used to make ceviche, breaded for fish and chips or it's great on the grill to cook with your favorite herbs and spices in aluminum foil.

These boxes comprise of 3 frozen one pound vacuum packed bags of Salmon, Ahi-Tuna, and Whitefish pieces. Our fillet pieces are trimmings from our daily hand cut fillets and are fantastic for tacos, soups, chowders, and sautes.
In addition to the fillet pieces this box will also include one frozen special item we hand select each week. Weekly special items include but are not limited to fish, shrimp, scallops, squid, crab...
Scottish Salmon has a light, smooth tasting fillet. As sashimi, this salmon goes down with a buttery finish that leaves you feeling beyond satisfied. Our Scottish Salmon's excellent flavor comes from the sustainable farming methods used to raise the fish in the Shetland Isles. .
White Seabass is a flaky white fish with a smooth and mild flavor. More flavorful than Halibut, White Seabass taste great grilled, baked or pan-fried. The flesh cooks up pale as milk, firm and meaty. The fillets are thick but the taste is mild and lovely. You can serve white seabass to family members who don't want their fish to taste fishy, and you can prepare it without worrying that cooking it for a couple of minutes too long is going to result in a dried-out dinner. It's perfect for the grill, great seared in a pan, broiled or even slow-cooked on the barbecue. And, if you are looking to improvise, it pairs well with sweet flavors, from citrus juices to mango to honey.
The Keta Salmon has a mild flavor and firm pink flesh. It is an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, selenium, phosphorous, and a good source of potassium. It is very good for smoking. It’s firm, pink flesh also makes it a great choice for grilling or roasting. Lower cooking temperatures are recommended because of its low oil content.
Swordfish is a mild, slightly sweet fish. It has white or pinkish-orange flesh when raw, which turns beige once cooked. It offers a dense moist texture which is often compared to beef steak. This mild seafood is a good option for those new to eating fish and anyone that doesn’t enjoy “fishy tasting” fish.
