We are excited to introduce our Santa Barbara Seafood Box. Each box will include 3-4 frozen vacuum packed fish portions averaging one pound each. We will choose 2-4 species of the freshest fish per shipment. Species may include local Black Cod, Halibut, Ahi Tuna, Swordfish, Salmon and much more.

We are shipping our Seafood Boxes to seafood lovers across all 50 states via FedEx overnight. Boxes are also available for pickup at our retail fish market by selecting Retail Market Pick-up upon check out. Local pickup orders placed by 12:00pm will be available for pickup between 2:00pm and 7:00pm the following day.
We are also offering a free home delivery for customers within 10 miles of our facility. Please choose the home delivery option upon check out to take advantage of this delivery service.

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon are one of the best wild salmon on earth! Their bright red flesh and medium oil content provides an amazing rich yet mild flavor. The very distinct, deep red color of the meat remains throughout cooking which definitely makes an impressive dinner presentation. The color and flavor are due to their diet of plankton and krill.
Black Cod is a deep water white fish known for its high oil content and rich, delicious flavor. Black Cod, also known as Sablefish or Butterfish, is not actually a type of cod at all but has a similar taste and appearance of cod. Black cod is a moist and delicate fish with a distinctive sweet flavor. It is a very forgiving fish that can be cooked on the grill, broiled or baked. There are many ways to prepare Black Cod but it is commonly prepared with miso, a fermented soybean paste, which is used as a marinade or a glaze on the fish before being baked.Black cod is an excellent source of protein, essential fatty acids, and a wide variety of vitamins and minerals.

These boxes comprise of 3 frozen one pound vacuum packed bags of Salmon, Ahi-Tuna, and Whitefish pieces. Our fillet pieces are trimmings from our daily hand cut fillets and are fantastic for tacos, soups, chowders, and sautes.

Swordfish is a mild, slightly sweet fish. It has white or pinkish-orange flesh when raw, which turns beige once cooked. It offers a dense moist texture which is often compared to beef steak. This mild seafood is a good option for those new to eating fish and anyone that doesn’t enjoy “fishy tasting” fish.
These tasty treats are coming from our wild-caught local Black Cod (Sablefish). Collars aka; "kama", are the piece of meat located between the cheek and belly. They are best marinated in Miso, then grilled or broiled well done and crispy.
Our Ahi Trimmings are pieces from our daily hand-cut fillets. They are vacuum packed by the pound and shipped frozen at an exceptional value. Perfect for tacos, canning, sautés, or raw, Ahi Trimmings offer a wide variety of recipe potential..
