Prepared in-house with mirin, white miso paste, sugar, yuzu juice, and orange juice, this flavorful marinade is perfect for black cod, other fish, and vegetables. Simply marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 to 5 days, depending on your preference. Because miso is a fermented ingredient, this marinade should be kept refrigerated. When properly sealed, it will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
