  • Wholesale Operations Team Member
We are looking for a strong candidate to join our wholesale operations team. This position will be responsible for managing inventory, packing fish for FedEx and Airport shipments, vessel offloads, receiving LA trucks, maintaining live tanks, daily cleaning, and aiding the processing team in preparing daily orders.

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in seafood/food operations with knowledge of seafood handling and managing inventory. This is an integral role for our company, we are looking for someone who wants to progress into a supervisor role within the company.

Qualifications / Skills:
Fish/Seafood knowledge preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Shopify, and Google Suite
Spanish speaking preferred
Flexible work schedule with the ability to work weekends and long hours
Ability to lift heavy boxes
Experience driving a forklift, and large trucks

  • Online Sales / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Online Sales / Customer Service Representative strong candidate to assist our rapidly growing online business. This role will help manage our daily online sales, customer service/outreach, fulfillment, and logistics. You will work alongside our operations and sales teams to help manage and grow our online business. You will also assist in daily wholesale order fulfillment and customer service with our restaurant partners. Experience in office and warehouse settings, and the ability to answer high volume phone calls in a professional positive manner is a must.

Strong communication skills
Experience in the customer service, food, or hospitality industry
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Shopify, and Google Suite
Fish/Seafood knowledge preferred
Spanish speaking preferred
Experience in the ecommerce marketplace
