Questions - Wild King Salmon

(1) Where does your king salmon come from?

• This time of year, we are getting our wild king salmon from Alaska.  During the winter, we get our king salmon locally here in Santa Barbara.

(2) How much is one serving of King Salmon?

• We recommend ⅓ to ½ lb per person.

(3) Is this king salmon sushi grade?

• Our king salmon is premium grade and extremely fresh but we do recommend cooking it before eating.
