Our house-smoked, local wild caught Black Cod, also known as Sablefish, is sweetened with brown sugar and balanced with a touch of garlic and chili flakes.  Its caramelized finish enhances the fish’s natural flavor while creating a slightly firmer, yet still tender, flaky texture. Rich in Omega-3s, crafted in small batches using our house recipe, it opens up new way to enjoy Black Cod.
