Made fresh on-site with fresh white shrimp, this ceviche is a local favorite. We make our ceviche in-house daily. The shrimp is marinated in fresh lemon juice for 3 to 12 hours. We always chop the vegetables fresh on site after the shrimp has been marinated in lemon juice and is ready to eat. We use tomato, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeno, salt, and pepper.
