Local Ocean Whitefish has lean and flaky meat with a mild flavor. Fillets are commonly prepared baked, grilled, or pan-fried! Its mild flavor makes its uses extremely versatile. Ocean Whitefish is the only species of Tilefish found in the Pacific Ocean. This fish may be less known than our other local species but has great value and excellent flavor.
