Questions - Shark Jerky

(1) What type of shark is your jerky made from?

• Our shark jerky is made from wild caught, California thresher shark.  We send our shark to a near by smoke house to have it made into this premium jerky.

(2) How long does shark jerky stay fresh for?

• If you refridgerate our jerky, we recommened eating it within a couple weeks. If you freeze it, it will stay fresh for a few months.
