Grilled & Marinated Alaskan Octopus Tentacles take the hassle of octopus tentacle preparation out of the equation.
We first boil the tentacles in salted water to achieve perfect tenderness, then grill over an open flame, season to perfection, and individually vacuum seal each with red & black pepper, oil, grilled onion, and garlic to lock in the freshness and flavors.
This Alaskan octopus is wild-caught by a single fisherman, Captain Dustan on his vessel the Raven Bay out of Dutch Harbor, AK. It is the only green-rated "Best Choice" octopus by Monterey Bay Aquarium's Seafood Watch Program.
This is a fully-cooked, ready-to-eat product, but we recommend reheating it on the grill or in a skillet, and pouring the remaining sauces over the heated tentacle. Simply squeeze some fresh lemon juice over the top and enjoy!
