Caldera Habanero Pepper Sauce is a California-born sauce through and through. Founded by two UCSB Alumni, this sauce was created in Mammoth Lakes in the heart of the Eastern Sierras. Produced in Northern California, using only fresh local ingredients. Caldera's Habanero Pepper Sauce has a full-bodied flavor that goes well on nearly everything! Especially on shucked oysters, steamed mussels, shrimp and fish tacos!
