Barramundi is a very unique-looking sea bass that is native to Australia and the waters further north into Southeast Asia. Its naturally mild flavor profile allows it to take on other flavor accents readily and is perfect to bake, fry, us in a casserole, poach, curry, sauté, or use in a ceviche.
This Barramundi is raised in the middle of the ocean so the sea-pens are constantly flushed by strong currents and waves which means the water is clean and pristine – characteristics mirrored in the fish’s taste.
