Smoked Fish Platter
An Assortment of SBFM’s favorite custom hot smoked fish, 3 pounds. This platter includes Wild Salmon, Local Black Cod and Local Albacore. It is served on a platter with in fresh homemade SBFM made tartar sauce. Serves up 8-12 people
Enjoy one side of fresh cold smoked Scottish Salmon approximately 3.25 pounds. This seafood delight is smoked by our local Santa Barbara Smoke House in the traditional Scottish manner creating a lightly sweet, mild smoky flavor. Serves 10-16 people
An assortment of premium hand sliced fresh sashimi grade fish: Alpine King Salmon, Hamachi (yellowtail), and Ahi Tuna, served raw sashimi style with Wakami Seaweed salad, wasabi, pickled ginger. Serves 8-12 people
SBFM in-house homemade Shrimp or White Fish Ceviche
Catch of the day fresh white fish or shrimp marinated in lemon juice fresh chopped tomato, onion, cucumber, and chilies with mint, cilantro, salt and black pepper. Server 8-12 people. (Halibut or Sea bass upon request add $20.00)
Smoked Local Black Cod or Sea Bass Dip
Our delicious Dip is made fresh daily with either fresh smoked locally caught Black Cod or White Sea Bass. The smoked fish is mixed with cream cheese, corn, raisins, dill, cilantro, lemon & orange zest, and black pepper. Serves 8-10 people.
